RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Tuscola Tractor Sales. We hope you are satisfied with your equipment. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase to us for a refund only, subject to the conditions below. Please read our full return policy carefully.

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned equipment must be in unused condition, complete with all original accessories, tags, and documentation.

Due to the nature of heavy equipment, any signs of use, wear, damage, or alterations may affect refund eligibility.

Return shipping or transportation charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days after receipt for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider.

INSPECTION & DAMAGE POLICY

All returned heavy equipment is subject to a thorough inspection. Refunds will only be issued if the equipment is found to be in good working condition and free of customer-caused damage.

Important: Equipment that is damaged, broken, misused, or altered due to improper operation, mishandling, or negligence will not be eligible for a refund. Our inspection team will determine eligibility based on the condition of the equipment upon return.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged items received upon delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
